[CAM] Archery Practice cancelled tonight

Greetings,
  Lord William has cancelled tonight's archery practice, due to the very threatening weather that will be moving into our area around 7:00. The armored combat and rapier fighters will need to make their own decision on whether or not to cancel thier practices.
