[CAM] How far???

45 minutes/30 miles I consider my upper limit for a reasonable drive. Then it starts getting into the prretty far to drive, especially if it is just for a restaurant, especially given all the choices within 15 miles of home.

If I'm daytripping an event, 3 hrs/200 miles is my upper limit.

You know, Adeliz made a statement in the attached e-mail and I am curious so I
would like to find out - what do you yourself consider to be "a pretty far
drive". 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 45 minutes an hour?

Adeliz stated "its a pretty far drive out for those of us who live in the
city." So I was curious to see what people considered far. Knowing that
she lives in Milwaukee and that the restaurant she is speaking of is in
Waukesha/Brookfield, in good traffic it should take her about 30 - 33 minutes
for her to drive there from where she lives so for her, the answer would be 30
minutes or longer. What do others think?

I'll start - I consider an hour little far. If it isn't a everyday
thing, I consider anything under 2.5 hours pretty close. If it is an everyday
thing I don't want to be traveling an hour in good traffic if I can help it
as I know in bad traffic or bad weather that goes up exponentially.
