Thanks to all who brought the tasty treats for the Fool's Moot, it was hard

finding one I didn't like.  Though I must say that one stood out for me as  
particularly decadent.  It was almost wafer thin crispy caramel, with a bit
of 
white chocolate inside, I presume, and some chopped nuts on the  outside. 
Not 
sure what they're called, but were absolutely divine, and  would love the 
recipe if you, the creator of these heavenly bites, would  willingly share
it.
