[Jararvellir] Boar's Head Pictures

Well, the day was full of just about as much event as anyone would ever
want. The day was cold and clear which made it easy for many to get to the
Barony of Caer Anterth Mawr for this year's Boar's Head which was billed as
a Kristkindlmarkt and Baronial Investiture. I can't begin to cover the whole
day but the highlights that I witnessed were the authorization of Mathias
Wolfsbane (son of Syr Kaydian Bladebraker and Mistress Cassandra Antonelli)
with HRM Siegfried, HRM Bardolph, and HRH Hrodir as his authorization
partners; the vigiling and elevation of Thegn Grimmund Blackwing to the
Order of the Pelican; the taking of my second protege, Lady Taryn Maeve
MacTavish of the Shire of Silfren Mere; the last court of Baron Valerius
Paencalvus and Baroness Alice of Kent to complete a full 18 years on the
High Seats of Caer Anterth Mawr; the Investiture of Baron Alasdair Calum
Montgomery and Baroness Kateryn of Cornwall as the 3rd Baron & Baroness of
that fine Barony; the reaffirmation of Baroness Eithni ingen Talorgain as
Baroness of Jararvellir; the vigiling of Greta Rahikainen for the Order of
Pelican (no pictures but that's because I got to help beg the boon with
Mistress Tatiana Melville--elevation to be at 12th Night in Nordskogen next
month); HRM Siegfried left speechless by HRM Gwyneth and Jarl Syr Finn and
our good Good Mum, Bridei; many well deserved awards that included King's
Cyphers given by HRM Siegfried to Sean mac Alasdair and Ian ap Daffyd in the
form of momentous that held a lot of meaning to all involved, Jarl Syr Finn
inscribed in the Scroll of Honour for founding our grand Kingdom, many AoAs,
etc., a Bridget's Flame for THL Moira ni Connell called the Strongbow, and
recognition of THL Kindorn Broadbelt as a Baron of the Court for finding so
many treasures of Northshield that included Windhaven, Shattered Oak, and
Mistress Wyndreth Berginsdottir. Much singing, dancing, fighting, shopping,
classes, laughing and crying, making of new friends and seeing some who have
not graced our halls for many years occupied the many who were in attendance
yesterday. In attendance were many from all corners of Northshield including
our entire Royal Family and many from our mother Kingdom, the Midrealm,
including all of their Royal Family.
