[Jararvellir] Rapier practice tonight

As a heads up for all of my rapier fighting friends out there, I will be
making the trek from Windhaven to Jararvellir for practice tonight by way of
Caer Anterth Mawr.  I look forward to meeting those of you who can make it
to practice there.  (So you see your Excellency Eithni, I do love you guys
out there during the summer, it’s not a seasonal thing =P)
