[Jararvellir] WW site issues/MEETING

Hello,

As you may be aware, a number of issues of concern have arisen over our 
contract for the use of the site in Black River Falls for WW that need to be 
discussed. Further, due to the current owner's financial situation, there is 
a question as to whether or not we'll have access to the site next year.

With this in mind, we'd like to use a portion of the time at the next 
Baronial General Meeting to discuss WW site issues, including the need to 
re-establish a long range planning committee in conjunction with Nordskogan, 
and our contingency plans for next year. Baroness Eithni and our Seneshal, 
Robert the Stout, have graciously agreed to put us on the agenda.

As WW is a huge activity for us, we hope that as many people as possible can 
make it to the meeting.
