[Jararvellir] OT-Roommate needed

Greetings,
I am currently looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment at 405 
Eugenia Ave., which is ~4 blocks South of University and ~3 blocks East of 
Midvale.  Rent is $400 a month plus half utilities, but I am willing to 
negotiate.
The apartment is non-smoking and general areas are usually kept clean.
Bus 14 runs about every 1/2 hour during the week within a block of my 
apartment, and University Ave. has a plethora of bus lines to choose from.  
There is one parking spot in back and no permit is required for street 
parking.
The living room is partly furnished, and the kitchen is completely 
furnished.  There is a single bathroom, but I do not mind having a male 
roommate.  De-clawed-cats are allowed  for extra $25/month.
I do have at least one person (& no more than three) staying for KWCS 
weekend.
