[Jararvellir] Fencing armor

Greetings, 
 
I was wondering who I needed to contact to see about getting some fencing armor made and about how much it will cost me.  Not sure if the clothier's guild will do personal projects of this nature.
 
And on the same subject, much of the loaner armor for the fencers, especially the hoods, are in some pretty rough shape.  So if anyone has any time on their hands then some replacements would be verry well accepted.
