[Jararvellir] WW: Some Friendly Reminders

Greetings good gentles!  As you make your preparations for WW the 
Autocrats wish to offer a few friendly reminders:


* Please read the site rules and instructions on the WW web page before 
you leave!  Familiarizing yourself with the rules now, will avoid 
problems later.


* Don't forget your ID.  It is needed for check-in or you will be 
designated a minor, no matter how old you look!  If you are bringing 
minors, don't forget the required paperwork (see the web page for 
instructions).


* Please look out for each other.  Take it upon yourself to keep an eye 
on those around you, especially new campers and frail individuals.  An 
offer of shade or a cool drink can make the difference between a good 
day and heatstroke!


* Volunteer!  An event this size takes many volunteers.  Just two hours 
of your time over the course of the weekend will help keep things 
running.  Volunteering is a great way to meet people and get out of the 
sun! 


* Finally, please stay flexible.  There will be many, many changes this 
year.  The Autocrats and WW Staff have worked hard to anticipate issues, 
but there are always surprises.  We will try to respond to concerns and 
make adjustments whenever possible.  If you have an immediate safety or 
security concern, please contact Security or the Autocrats.  If you have 
general questions about the site or local area, please go to Info Point, 
where friendly staff will be happy to answer your questions. 


We wish to again express our sincere thanks for your patience and 
understanding while we undertook the monumental task of moving WW on 
short notice.   Safe travels to you all--we look forward to seeing you 
at WW!
