[Jararvellir] ostrich plumes - needed quickly

I'm looking to find a few black ostrich plumes...

Does anyone in town either have some they can sell, or know where in
town I can buy some? 

I've already called:
Wisconsin Craft Mart
Both JoAnne Fabrics
Hancock Fabrics
Hobby Lobby
and Michaels

Only two had any ostrich feathers at all... and those were white.

I was hoping to use them with a caviler hat this weekend... so needed
to find some right away.
