[Jararvellir] authorization paperwork

Greetings unto Denis and the List - 

A PSA about submitting authorization paperwork, for
all you newly authorized folk from WW. 

Authorization paperwork should be sent to the Clerk of
the Roster (contact info
at:http://web.northshield.org/officers/marshal/cor/). 

Some notes on getting your card:
1) Follow the directions.

2) Before you mail it, make and retain a copy. Maybe
two. ;) While generally things go smoothly, Murphy's
Law dictates that if you do not, the paperwork will
become lost in the mail or will be eaten by a
platypus.

3) Mail it to the Clerk, using the clerk's modern name
and mailing address. (See current info on website
above.)
