You need FIVE things in the envelope to the COR:


No proof of SCA membership- no authorization card.

No copy of modern ID- no authorization card.

No authorization paperwork- no authorization card.

No signed, witnessed combat waiver- no authorization card.

No SASE- no authorization card.
