I've heard some people say we should go to Raito's back yard and some  
people say we should go to a Park.  If we go to Raito's will there be  
enough space for everybody to play?  If we go somewhere else will we  
end up splitting our forces because some folks will be at Raito's  
regardless?  Do we have a designated leader to make decisions like  
this or are we waiting for some unlikely consensus?  I'd be all too  
happy in my role as Evil Sheriff to make an arbitrary decision and  
then try to pretend I have a mandate, but if we have a mechanism/  
official already in place I'd be just as happy to play follow the  
leader.
