Share this 3 bedroom house starting any time in March.
We currently have available one spacious bedroom in
this 3 bedroom house. It has a very long closet,
overhead fan, hardwood floors, and 2 windows, one
overlooking our large back yard. This room would be
comfortable for one or two people (couples are great),
and easily fits a queen or king bed and a dresser and
desk or table. Room has cable access as well (included
in rent) and house has wireless cable internet.

You would be sharing the house with a couple and 1
single person, 1 dog, 1 cat, and several reptiles.
Kitchen is eat-in with new appliances and a
dishwasher. House has 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, comfortable
living room with digital cable, DVD, VCR. Lower level
has plenty of space for a desk or other workspace. The
house also has a large deck off the kitchen with a
charcoal grill, and smaller deck off the back, as well
as a large back yard with a fire pit and hot tub
(currently does not work, hope to get it fixed).

Rent includes room, internet, water, laundry.
Utilities are split evenly between all house mates
(full bill runs $90 total in the summer, $175ish in
the winter). Garage parking for 1 car is available at
$50 per month, otherwise street parking is easy and
plentiful in this neighborhood.

Furnishings are available - we can offer a queen or
twin bed frame, dresser, desk, chair, desk lamp, and
small entertainment center. You provide the TV, and
mattress and boxspring. We may be able to help find an
inexpensive mattress and/or boxspring, please ask. The
room can also be unfurnished if you prefer.

House is located off Cottage Grove Rd east of
Stoughton Rd. Easy to access bus line.

Interested persons MUST be LGBT friendly, and open
minded. Tidiness is a plus.
