[Jararvellir] OT: Moving

Hello all of you lovely people from all of my varied hobby-groups,

I am going to need some help moving, hopefully March 29th and 30th.  But
first, I need some help figuring where to move TO.  Both of my options have
now fallen through, and I need to move out of my current place by April 1.
I would prefer to stay anywhere I move for at least 6 months.

I'm desperately looking for a medium-large room on the west side, on a bus
line, that does not involve cats or children.  It needs to be $400ish or
less, with little or no security deposit, unless it can be paid in
installments after move-in.  I have a lot of stuff, but I'm willing to
really pare down if I find the right place...or I could supply a dishwasher,
couch, and numerous other items to the arrangement.  Roommates should be
friendly, open-minded, and slob-friendly (I'm working on it, but I would
still class myself as somewhat of a slob).  I need high-speed internet, but
I'm perfectly willing to order and set it up myself.  Perks to living with
me include: healthy tasty cooking, having an in-house computer geek, and
creative and intelligent conversation (most days).
