[Jararvellir] Regional Fighter Practice in Jararvellir CANCELLED

Due to low attendance and some expected folks not showing up (like 
the marshals we had arranged), the Regional Fighter Practice 
scheduled for today in Jararvellir is cancelled.

We will still be hanging out in the park until mid-afternoon, and 
then will head back to my house to make combat arrows.  If folks 
still want to stop by, please do, but the SCA Regional Fighter 
Practice part will not be happening.
