[Jararvellir] New CD!

Greetings, fellow Bards and Fishies. 

I wanted to take a moment to announce that I have finished recording my second CD, entitled "Quarters", and have set a date for it's release party. The party will be held at White Lake Beach resort in Montello Wisconsin on Friday October the 26th. People will gather in the evening, and I will play live starting at 9pm in the bar.

That weekend will also host the annual Halloween party, so if you want to stay Friday and Saturday night, bring along a costume. There will be munchies at the concert, but the restaurant will be closed for the season. There are plenty of local places to eat, however. 

The CD has 13 tracks, including 6 originals and several traditional (and quasi-traditional) songs that I tend to play at the campfire or at a circle. The price is 15 dollars, and I'll happily take cash or check. 

The concert serves a second purpose as well - a going away party. I will be moving to San Antonio that weekend to be with my lady, whom many of you met at Pensic. While not a permanent move, it will be some time before I am back in Northshield (KWAR not withstanding - I will be flying up for that).

So, I hope I will see many faces at the party. It will be the best chance to send me on my way, and an opportunity to pick up a copy of "Quarters" for you or someone else.
