[Jararvellir] OT: Concert coming up

We're planning on going, anyone want to come along?!? She had a gig out in
Blanchardville last week and I went and she is really, really good. I highly
recommend it.

Andrea Potts (known as Thora in the SCA) will be performing at the Escape
Java Joint on Willy Street at 8:00 pm April 12th.  Admission is 5 dollars a
person.  All ages are welcome.  The content is
intellectual/emotional/political. This is her first Madisongig.  For more

SHORT BIO:
Andrea Potts has been writing songs and performing with a 12-string guitar
for 19 years. Her music has immense depth, intriguing rhythms, and intense,
beautifully written lyrics.  Her songs deal with many topics ranging from a
lighthearted historical view of a popular coffeehouse to how far the agony
of loneliness can push a person.  Each song is a journey.

Her music has an obvious positive impact on her audience, and affects a few
of them quite deeply.  She has recorded and produced 1 demo tape, 1 demo cd,
3 full-length cds, and one double cd set of both studio and live tracks.
