[Jararvellir] Help needed with black powder

Hi all - 

a strange-ish request for info/assistance. At work I am running a medication disposal program to properly destroy old or expired drugs. Someone decided that including a bottle of Hodgon's Pyrodex muzzleloading propellant in the collection bin would be appropriate. It is type "RS" and is covered with scary warnings like "Danger extremely flammable" and "Avoid impact and friction." (http://www.pyrodex.com/)

Now, I know how to get rid of old narcotics, but have no idea what to do with this stuff. Can anyone use it? Does anyone know how to get rid of it?
