[Jararvellir] Armouring on Tuesday, February 19

Giles has asked me to channel him to get this message out. High tomorrow is
supposed to be 8F and that means the shop will be REALLY cold! Also, he will
not be home until after 10pm (we're both working the polls--don't forget to
vote). So, probably best to say there is no armouring UNLESS you are
qualified to use the tools on your own and don't get frostbite easily.
