[Jararvellir] Looking for a SCA friendly roomie

The current roomie (well, second roomie) has decided that health concerns
require her to return to her parent's town so they can help her cope with an
anticipated surgery. She will leave at the end of January, so I need to fill
a room around Feb. 1st. Anyone know someone looking for a place to stay on a
month to month?  Preferably someone who won't be too spooked by a garage
full of medieval weaponry and a throwing axe range in the back yard?

Own room, shared bathroom, access to full kitchen, dishwasher and
washer/dryer. Cable, cable internet available. Bus line nearby, and off
street parking. Utilities are shared three ways, as are chores. $380 per
month- hard to beat for living in a house!

House comes with a dog, and she is dumb.
