Greetings!
Aesa and I will be on site as of this coming Monday, and completely
unavailable by email for the duration of the event, so this will be our last
update.

Check the website to see exciting updates, such ast:
- Dance classes
- Youth Combat
- A list of Merchants
- A map of where to park
- A map of the site
- A copy of the site booklet you can print ahead of time
- A list of where to buy things in town, complete with phone numbers and
store hours: http://www.warriorsandwarlords.org/locationServices.html
- Ice prices
- Open volunteer opportunities.

Rule changes to be aware of:
- Fires must be in off-the-ground fire containers or "self contained
portable" fire places. Firewood will be sold at site by a private vendor.
- There is no trash pick-up in the campground this year. Everyone is
responsible for bringing their trash to the dumpsters provided for that
purpose.
- Driving in the park is prohibited except for unloading; vehicles must
remain on the designated roads. Any vehicle left parked for anything other
than loading/unloading will be towed at owner's expense.
- Glass containers are allowed provided they are inside a break-proof
container (such as a cooler, box, or sturdy cloth bag) during transport. No
broken glass may be left on the grounds.
- The school site, including the parking lot, is to be kept tobacco and
alcohol free.
- There's a public pool at the site. It is not part of our event and
completely AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The web page will be frozen sometime Tuesday. Open volunteer listings will
be available at Information Point after that.

The kiosk at the site will be selling pop, water, and fresh veggies/fruits,
not hot food. (The Amish fellow who runs the farmstand took ill and the
Chamber is stepping in to help him out by selling the veggies/fruits for
him.)

We're looking forward to this year's Warriors and Warlords, and we hope
you're all as excited about it as we are! Thank you for all the support
you've given us through yet another site change. We hope to see you at the
event, but if you're unable to make it, we'll miss you, but wish you a safe
and pleasant weekend anyway!
