We have an opportunity for an IT telecommunications technician. The
candidate will support, administer, and maintain our Avaya G3R PBX switch
and related telecommunications systems such as voice mail, call quality
monitoring, and full-time call recording. They will also provide
consultative services to our business units on call routing design and
support our other telecommunication services.

*Required*

The person filling this role will require 5+ years experience with:

Supporting, administering, and maintaining an Avaya G3R PBX
telecommunications switch

Monitoring telecommunications call traffic volumes and recommending changes
as necessary

Troubleshooting and resolving complex telecommunications issues

Supporting, administering, and maintaining an Intuity Audix voice mail
system

Provisioning Supporting and maintaining voice and data T-1 communications
lines

Troubleshooting local and long distance issues with carriers

Consulting with business units to design effective call routing paths and
then configuring, testing, and implementing those call routing paths
