[Jararvellir] A message re: Chiurgeons at War

Lord Octavian received a call from a friend from the Midrealm who is a
Master Chiurgeon and asked that I pass along this message:

There will be few Chiurgeons on the field at Pennsic, it would be wise for
camps to have medical kits (bandages, tape, cold packs, tweezers,
anti-bacterial ointment, etc.) in camp/at the field should anyone become
injured on the field (of course, that would be for minor injuries).  There
will be Chiurgeons point that will be manned each day and EMTs on site
should the need arise for medical treatment.
