*We're still looking to fill 15 TWO-HOUR SHIFTS at Information Point this
year at WW.
* Information Point is responsible for maintaining and staffing the
information tent at the event. This is a central location where anyone who
wishes to find information about event activities, to find out more about
the services in the area or leave messages about event activities can come
to do so. This year, the Privy Press is incorporated into Information Point
to help disseminate information to the camp.
Now that the schedule is complete and available on the website
http://www.warriorsandwarlords.org/ hopefully you will know when you have
some time to volunteer. You can see which shifts are open by going to
http://www.warriorsandwarlords.org/volunteerInfoPoint.html . Please contact
us offlist to volunteer.
Each person who volunteers for Information Point will be able to pick
something from a grab bag of prizes or treats. They will also be entered in
a drawing for a really great prize at the end of the event. Tamsyn and I are
not above bribing volunteers even though we know that the fun of
volunteering should be prize enough.
I promise that we will not stalk these halls to ask for help (no more than
one email a week from now until the shifts are filled--so sign up early and
encourage your friends to join you to keep us from begging TOO much).
Special thanks to those who have already signed up for shifts.

Shava & Tamsyn
