[Jararvellir] Wood Turning for Joust Lance

Greetings to the List,

I am wondering if Jara has any experienced wood turners out there who may be interested in a project?  I am looking at having a pair of jousting lance butts made approx 3ft long.  Both ends need to taper down to about 2" and the center section needs to taper in to form a hand grip.  I have a picture and drawing of what I am looking for.  I can afford a fair and reasonable price depending on material.

I am unhappy with the look and feel of the newell posts that we have been using up to this point and also wanted something that looked more period.
