[Jararvellir] rapier practice

It has been proposed that we make an excursion to Blackhawk (Rockford) Thursday before Good Friday.  This may be timely as some folks may have that day off.
  It is nearly 1 1/2 hrs each way so is a commitment.  They start earlier and must be out of the building by 9 p.m.
   Carpooling is encouraged.  All levels are welcome but it has been primarily a practice bouting session.
