[Jararvellir] Garbing a giant

My brother is tentatively planning to attend this weekends festivities in Stoughton. He is not SCA and has no garb. Therein lies my dilemma. He is a very large man...6'10" about 400# with a 34" inseam, so he is all torso. I don't have his exact measurements, but if memory serves, he has anywhere between a 55" and 60" chest and quite robust through the middle. All I should need is some kind of tunic or such, we could throw the rest together. If anyone has something they think they could let us borrow for a day, I would be very grateful. If responding, please do so off list.
