[Jararvellir] Refunds for Jara's 35th Anniversary Celebration

I will post more thoroughly this evening with my thanks and the lost-and-found list. Right now I want to give a heads up to anyone who pre-registered but did not attend the event.  If you want a refund, you must contact me by this Sunday, May 11, so that we can close the books on the event and send the appropriate non-member surcharge total to the corporation and the appropriate $1 per adult site fee total to the Kingdom.
 
To ensure a proper paper trail, all checks are deposited before the event. Refund checks may be issued, but they are not automatic. We do not always have mailing addresses, and many folks opt to just donate the fees.  So, please let me know ASAP if you would like a refund.
