Oh, absolutely!
Since Wyndreth and Vlad will be  royalry, I suggested they might recruit
retainers from Shattered Oak.  (Spear carriers and all that.  We do need a
little parade.)  It might be very cool to have someone carry in their gear,
since they're bringing their own "thrones" and stuff.
Mikey will be herald.

We'll welcome help with broom pushing, chair and table folding when the
event is over.  Sarra has to leave early (after cooking for 40) so she can't
stay and help clean up.  It would be nice to have a "newbie spotter" who can
guide new people to porter, to A&S, to ... whatever.  We'll have a few
people in jester caps and encourage people to "ask the jester" but you folks
know who's new in your group and might need a little encouragement. A
familar face at porter might be welcoming as well. Valgarth will be the
troll captain.

Valgarth, Brilliana and I will be setting up some time after one on Friday.
We'll be putting paper on the walls (you're bringing one roll from your
stash, as I recall) and putting chairs and tables in proper places. Also
putting photos on the walls.  If anybody wants to help with that, that'd be
good. (We might have people camping over Friday night.)

I want people to learn that helping is fun -- even cleanup.  I think Dahrien
will lead the half-naked dishwashing and singing crew.

Of course, A&S projects in process or fully realized will be welcome.  We'll
be talking about awards, so it'd be great if several scrolls would be
displayed.
It'll be good to prime the walls with a few questions and drawings -- maybe
you can think of a few doozies.  (I have dibs on "Who put the bop in the
bop-shu-bop-shu-wop?")  Nobody wants to be the first to write on the walls,
but once they've got something on them...

I'll let you know if I think of anything else.
