[Toraerie] FW: Nordskogen and Tor Aerie combined meetings (proposal)

Some of the problems the Barony had meeting at the U in the old days were:

1.  Parking
    First, you had to find a spot.  Then, you had to pay for it.  Finally, you had to haul
    your SCA stuff from the parking spot to the meeting place and back again.  And, if you
    had small children, they and their stuff had to be shepherded, too.  After the meeting,
    one had to go out to one's car in the dark which sometimes felt a bit scary.

2.  Small Children
    The Armory site was bad if you had small children.  You couldn't let them crawl on the floor
    because they could get splinters.  And, if folks were hanging around outside, it was difficult
    to keep the children out of the alley and the street.

Not meeting at the Armory would clearly fix most of #2.  Parking will have to be kept in mind,
though, if we meet at the U, both the hauling stuff issue and the payment issue. and the security
after dark issues.
