[Toraerie] FW: Nordskogen and Tor Aerie combined meetings (proposal)

Some background on meetings and timings:

In 1989, the barony used to have meetings on Sundays and fight practice on
Thursdays. Then there started beeing more events and people were always
coming back late on Sundays, so attendance at Sunday dropped. These
Sunday meetings happened various places, sometimes at Coffman, sometimes
at City parks, libraries, and even at Lake St. Police station.

After this, the Barony met at the U at the Armory as their primary meeting
site for about 3 years, and baronial Curia moved from Sundays to
Wednesdays.

Since RotC rotates command of the building every year, communication was
difficult long term. They finally closed the building for a remodel
(which never actually happened), and Barony needed to go somewhere else.

Throughout the above time Tor Aerie was meeting separately at Coffman,
usually on Tuesdays.

Then Coffman was closed for gutting/rebuilding and Tor Aerie wound up at
various places including for a time back at Armory, but access was spotty,
sometimes locked out, basketball in the Gym, no regular access to
classrooms there, and it moved to West bank and then back to Coffman when
it reopened. The Tor Aerie date has changed several times through this
process.

When fight practice was locked out of the armory for the "remodel", the
Barony had a Wednesday night dance practice/rapier practice which I had
set up in St. Paul back when I worked for StP schools, which had been
going on for about a year. The barony had no where else to go at the time
that was obvious, so it started meeting at the Weds site.

Fight practice took the opportunity to move away from general meeting
(which had encroached on practice) because the fighters felt that all the
meeting bits were eating up fighting time. It shuffled around several
sites before winding up at Bracket Park wherre Kenneth die Kaatze was
working. He's now on a two year missionary trip to the Phillipines and
our access to Brackett is long term unsure though I believe currently
available.

Fight practice moved from Thursday night to Tuesday night when it left the
Armory. (Something about Babylon 5 being on Thursday, IIRC).

So the barony is in a position of having to rethink all of it's meetings
more or less concurrently.

I'm Happy to talk more about this, but them's the facts and the rest is
opinions. As I'm not tremendously active right now, I don't wan't to mix
opinions in with the historical background stuff.
