[Toraerie] last summer meet notes

Greetings all, from your new unofficial note-taker/secretary-type/chronicler 
person...

As a pre-notes note, next meet is Mon Sept 11th, 7pm, room TBA.

Five of us met this eve at Annie's - Eyja, Rachel, Laurence, Lea, and I. 
What follows are the meeting notes:

- The five officers for angriff are angriff himself, eyja, rachel, lea, and 
myself. I am not a paid SCA member, so am not an official chronicler, but i 
can be so for the purposes of re-registering the group with the U, as well 
as taking notes and posting them on the list of our weekly meets. Angriff, I 
will reply to your email separately.

- The change of officer form for the MoAS position, held by Laurence and 
being transferred to Eyja, requires one more signature of an officer, so 
either Angriff or Eva. I don't think it needs to get done any earlier than 
our next meeting once the semester starts...

- Eyja has the lineup of classes for fall semester almost complete. Once she 
has room assignments she can then pass on the info to Webmistress Lea to put 
on our page.

- Rachel has us signed up for Paint the Bridge and the Mpls campus 
Activities fair. The Paint the Bridge is September 14th, Th, from 10-7, and 
Sept. 15th, Fr, from 9-5. We need someone there early Thursday to reserve 
ourselves a prime three-consecutive panel spot on the bridge. None of us at 
the meet seemed to be able to make it, so volunteer if you can! Then I 
suppose next meeting we can plan on who can be there when. Eyja has a 
default plan for the panels, if nothing better is come up with. Also, does 
anyone know who has the stencils from last year? It isn't Eyja. Zada and 
Nezhka were two suggestions...

- Lea and I want to start redesigning the layout for the photo gallery on 
our website, as she is unsatisfied with it and I have some ideas.

- We briefly discussed the Barony and our group meeting at the same time 
somewhere on campus. Finding site for martial seems difficult, Tor Aerie 
could still meet on it's own another day, and none of this is likely to go 
anywhere 'till spring semester...

- Also breifly discussed was the possibility of meeting somewhere else 
besides in Coffman, like a nice room with a fireplace or something, as 
Coffman is not the most central of locales. Would we have to pay? Would we 
be kicked out by classes? Not necessarily something to act on, but looking 
at our options...

- Laurence brought up the Constitution - he and Breena worked on a 
bare-bones version, and apparently she still has the copy, and it needs to 
be sent to Ellen of the Barony. Once school starts, I have two classes with 
her, so I will poke at her about it. Also, once the constitution is sent to 
Ellen, Rachel, as our new seneschal, needs to come to a Wednesday Baronial 
meet to talk to Ellen about it.

- And lastly, at WW XIII Laurence recieved the Baton Rouge, which needs to 
be entered into the ... order of precedence on the webpage by Lea.

I believe that was everything. Please let me know if I left something out or 
otherwise misconstrued things.

Everyone have a good start to the semester and/or September in general, and
