Unfortunately most of the places I can recommend are in dinkytown or uptown, 
both of which are bad for parking.

One restaurant we've gone to in the past with good success, though,  is Ol' 
Mexico in Roseville.  It has plenty of parking and relatively inexpensive 
food and drink.  How does this sound to people?
