[Toraerie] youth boffer

Youth boffer at the St.Paul Student center went well. The room looks like it
will work as we were able to use the open outdoor area (wheter or not they'll
leave that part unlock over the winter has yet to be seen but the hallway
works as well) and the room itself will work for armor construction and the
general meeting part of it. The only change thus far is that I need to
remember to push the time to 2-5pm instead.

Minor note: I am now back on the list as an officer. Yay! I can do things
again. (Thanks again for calling SPSC for me Eyja!)

But all in all it looks as though it will work,
