[Toraerie] monday's meeting

Hey guys,

These are the details from last night's meeting. Next week we will be 
giving reports on Japanese research. We will also be filling the staff 
positions for the event. The positions are as follows:

Autocrat: the event manager, maintains contact with the modern 
organizations and makes sure everything that needs to get done, gets done

Feastocrat: in charge of planning, budgeting, cooking and testing the feast.

Troll: in charge of sign-in and taking in money.

Set-up/Clean-up

Activity Coordinators: in charge of managing any of the activities, such as 
classes

We will also need volunteers to help out these people. 

Ramon is working on getting the Roseville Armory as our site. I will be 
going in to reserve a temporary room at Coffman so we can get on the 
calender.

We need more ideas for activities at our event. If you've got ideas, bring 
them to meeting. The reports will also help with this.

12th night is coming up. Tor Aerie usually sends volunteers to help with 
the raffle. If you would like to volunteer, the event is on Jan. 13.
