[Toraerie] event biz

Hello everyone,
I'll probably not be coming to meeting (or I'll be very late) this monday as
I have an assignment due tuesday that I need the lab time for. (It's closed
on sundays.)

Biz:
1. Ramone has been trying to contact the sites (thanks!) if he hasn't gotten
ahold of them could someone please find someone who knows the phone numbers
to do so and give them to either Ramone or someone who also has time to
contact the sites if he doesn't?

1b. If he has gotten ahold of them could the fees involved be discussed, a
site decided on etc so that he can make the reservations *this week* (praying
for this week...) so that we have the site we need to post our event in the
northwatch (I think, one of the world news issues anyways)? 

2. I nominate Ramone as site steward/contact. (Even though we don't really
even have an autocrat yet). As he has been filling that role since I, sadly,
had to drop contacting the sites right into his lap (sorry). If he doesn't
want it that's quite alright, I still feel obligated to put it out there.

3. If someone would be so kind as to post any vital meeting notes for me I
would be ever greatful.

I'm sorry, this semester has been a bit scary.
