[Toraerie] monday's meeting

Hi guys,

These are the notes for last night's business meeting. 

1. Lea and I are going to be graduating this semester so there are two 
positions that need to be filled. Seneschal- this one is obviously 
absolutely necessary. I'd be willing to give help to whomever takes this 
job. Webmistress- this position could be combined with another, but we 
still need a student to fill the fifth officer position required by the 
university.

2. The date for our event is going to be Oct 27. The theme will be Tsukimi 
or Moon Viewing Festival. Staff positions will need to be figured out, 
here's who we have so far: Feastocrat: Mary and Laurence Troll: Teresa We 
still need Autocrat (this can be done with another person) and an 
Activities Co-ordinator. Over the summer Lea will be here to help out, but 
I'm going to be in Ireland. I'll try to make it back for the event in 
October (I'm going to be living in Milwaukee until I start grad school).

3. Next week we're going to try to organize a trip to Nordlea. We plan on 
leaving at 6:30, their meeting starts at 7:30. Eyja can fit four people in 
her car, so if anyone else can give rides, contact the list.
