[Toraerie] Thanks for last night's demo!

Gentles:

Last night's demo was just plain excellent!  It was so great not to be rained out like
last year and we seemed to be a big hit with the crowd.  A whole bunch of handouts did
not come home with me...a GOOD THING.

About 25 people turned out for this and I did not collect names so please forgive me
if you came and you're not specifically mentioned here!

I do want to specially mention and thank some of the folks who came:

   Mistress Giovanna for coming and bringing her spice quiz display, etc., and for
   being such a good sport when so many kids wanted to sample the display.

   Padruig for fighting and for bringing his awesome examples of mosaic work which
   made it so easy for me to point out how well-rounded our folk are.

   All of the heavy weapons fighters and rapier combatants who came and fought in the
   heat and patiently showed their weapons to eager onlookers.  I have to specially
   mention Dona Margalit who managed to look lethal and graceful simultaneously.
   So beautiful to watch...

   Lloyd of Penrose, Roland, Vidi, and Mistress Cassandra Antonelli were among
   the other combatants present.  (I'm pretty sure I don't have everyone's name, though.)

   Tomas who brought the musical instruments he is making and worked on them for the
   crowd to see.

   The Warwick Consort (Christian, Eyja, Lori, Sarah, Ynyr) who provided such beautiful
   background music.

   Devin who came and did needlework (and provided her charming giggle whenever appropriate)

   The Bad Baronesses (you know who you are...)

   Froberry and his household who brought a beautiful pavilion and a shade fly which
   added so much to the ambiance.

Thank you all so very much for coming out!!!  Hopefully, we can do this again next year.
