[Toraerie] About Meetings.

So, I was nose-deep in feast budget, which, because of some weirdnesses, is taking longer than planned.  Gudrun's note and Beth's confirmation hit my e-mail box after 6pm, (yes, I see the time-stamps on them are around 4), at which point I was already en-route to my mother's to do some last bits of pricing. (because mom has a Sam's Club membership. Yay.)

In other words, it would be greatly appreciated if the meetings could get to the list with more prep time than 3 hours.  I understand that if I'd been at the last meeting I'd have known - but because of work neither Lea nor I were there - and at the very least neither of the two of us knew about it.  If we're going to have meetings about this stuff and realistically expect people to show up and get things done, we need to know about it ahead of time, and it absolutely has to make the e-mail list.
