[Toraerie] Semester meeting stuff

Okay fees are all taken care of and we will be able to sign up for a room 
tomorrow (or so I'm told). Sad thing is I don't remember which room number 
we always go for. >.< 300 something isn't it?

Ideas for paint the bridge? I was thinking we usually have a tradition of 
scampering sart supplies between people on the days of the paint the 
bridge. Is that a tradition we want to keep up, or would we like to try to 
get together some day with some correct size media and make it all in one 
sitting before the actual event? Does anyone have any design ideas burning 
in their brain? I thought maybe a caligraphy theme might be nice, or 
pictures, though the pictures tend to be a little small to see well when 
passing quickly in the cold. What all do we want pictorially represented on 
the board to show what we are about (since SCA doesn't really explain to 
the average freshman what we do)? We want the meeting times and the web 
page I'm sure. Do we want specific information about our event even though 
it will be done in October?

Also if we want to see if we can't get fighting on the green for 
advertisement we have to get permission through the activities office, same 
with fliers, borrowing the display tables (have we ever done that and is it 
as utterly boring as it looks?), displaying things in the display cabinets, 
or other things like that. They offer a free service as well for freshman 
to fill out their interests and then use a computer to figure out what sort 
of groups might be interested in them. We too can be spammers! >.> <,< I 
mean they'll give us the e-mail adresses of people interested in our sort 
of group. -_^

For the activities fairs what sort of stuff do we want to put out?
