[Toraerie] september calendar!!!

egads! sunday sept 9th will be the first meet at your house, i thought...
we're not meeting thu the 5th 'cause it's the first week of school and we
usually don't meet. would people be interested in also meeting on thu night
the 13th, the second week of school? we could go out to eat or something
following the end of paint the bridge... then we could have our first
meeting with newbies on thu the 20th, in the 2nd week of school. and by
first meeting i mean open house!

to sum that up:

first week of school
 - mon sept 4th no event/tor aerie meeting - labor day
 - wed sept 5th nordskogen moot - verbal jpn/eng invite to barony to our
event (jpn: beth, eng: gabriel), with as many tor aerie tag-alongs as
possible
 - thu sept 6th no tor aerie meeting - first week of school

second week of school
 - sunday sept 9th event meeting at beth's (time???)
    - topics: event, design and info for bridge, painters for bridge,
volunteers and demo-ers for activities fairs, etc.
 - wed sept 12th paint bridge 10am-7pm
 - thu sept 13th
    - paint bridge 10am-7pm
    - tor aerie out to eat 7pm?

third week of school
 - sunday sept 16th event meeting at beth's
 - tue sept 18th activities fair st paul 10am-2pm (need volunteers!)
 - wed sept 19th activities fair mpls 10am-2pm (need volunteers!)
 - thu sept 20th tor aerie open house, 7-9pm, in some room of coffman (or
nolte?), hopefully with newbies! (one month to event!)

fourth week of school
 - sunday sept 23rd event meet at beth's
 - thu sept 27th first regular tor aerie meeting of the semester, woo!

and i unfortunately at the moment will have to miss the first half of the
wednesday activities fair, instead of being there the whole time like i
thought i could. i have to roo-sit in NE mpls until just before noon, then
i'll be given a ride to campus, so at the latest i'll be there by 12:30. I'm
sorry for the change in scheduling. I will talk with the roo-mommy to see if
i might switch roo-sitting to another morning that week...
