[Toraerie] Plan for Paint the Bridge

Okay here's the plan for Paint the Bridge. I have come up with a design 
incoperating every last detail that has been sent to me in e-mails (it's 
not to late-if you have any more ideas please let me know). What I'll do is 
make posters to the correct size with the designs drawn on them. I will 
bring them to the next meeting for us to color. If you have any problems 
with how this please let me know. However please keep in mind that 
suggestions to completely change the plan will be interpreted as 
volunteering to make said major changes.
