[Toraerie] prereg form

can the bullets for "site fees" be moved up, so that it lines up at the
bottom with "checks to be made out to..."

and please make a note that pre-reg is open through september... maybe not
on this form, but on the site at least (if it's not already there...)

otherwise that looks teh awesome! i like the tables. rock on!
