I got this message that has the schedule and details for those of you 
thinking about volunteering for the raffle.

Hi,

Sorry, I forgot to send you a schedule.  So those who wish can get an idea
of what the timing is for the Raffle.

Here's the schedule.  

Set up and accepting any late donations will be from 9 - 10:15.
Start the Raffle at 10:30
Close the Raffle at 4:00.
Start pulling tickets and putting items together for people to collect.
Also, making out the list of who won.
People who want to head to court can.  I will probably stick around to watch
the items.
I will need help after court to pass out the items for those who have items.

I will have the schedule at the table so you can sign up when ever you wish.
This way you can schedule out the day once you know what it happening.
