[Toraerie] tomorrow's meeting, monday july 9th

Hello All,

Tomorrow evening we are meeting at Beth's around 7 pm. We have some
decisions to make, in particular concerning the date of the event, as well
as officerships and, I think, some other things. I have two change of
officer forms (that i mislaid before going to WW and will hopefully find
before tomorrow eve), for exchequer and webminister/mistress that need
signatures from Eva and Eyja (as you two are the only other officers besides
Angriff and Lea, who have signed, and Rachel, who is not here). Angriff's
seneschal form needs signatures, too, but he has that, not me.

If everyone could please review the notes Beth posted to the list two weeks
ago and come with opinions for decisions and in general, and/or research,
that would be awesome and helpful.
