Hi, Elizabeth, I have an update for you!

I have tentative approval of your use of the building, pending your
walk-through for suitability, number of areas to be used, and agreement on
the use fee.

The rooms you use would need to be re-set to the setup they had when you
come in; I recommend "Polaroid" or digital photos taken before you begin
that can be viewed for clean-up.

All garbage would need to be taken out to the dumpster.  Areas used may need
to be vacuumed or mopped; the tools for such are available.
