Dear Student Group Officers,
On Tuesday, July 24 all registered student groups may begin making weekly
meeting, contact table, and display case reservations for Fall Semester. We
will begin accepting reservations requests at 12:00 am (central time) on
Tuesday morning through 11:59 pm (CT) on Friday, July 27. Please visit our
website at http://www.sua.umn.edu/reservations to submit your fall
reservation requests. You will see a link on the page that will direct you
to the Student Group Fall Reservations page. The Events and Conference
Office will be operating under a first come, first served basis and
reservations will be entered chronologically in the order they're received.
*PLEASE NOTE:* Events and Conferences will not accept any fall weekly
meeting, contact table, or display case reservations over the phone or
through walk-in requests. As always, you must be a listed officer of your
student group through the Student Activities Office in order to make
reservations. Please visit http://www.sua.umn.edu/!
groups/list.php to review your group's current information.
If you have any questions regarding this new process, please don't hesitate
to call 612-624-9954 for questions relating to Coffman Memorial Union or
612-624-8145 for questions relating to the St. Paul Student Center.
Thank you and have a great day!!
Molly Gale
