[Toraerie] Newest Site Informaiton and a Short Meeting

-Map is available for us to distribute without copyright worries.
-Price: $400-including safety deposit 
-Send in advance notice for table and chair use-will be set up for us, but 
we need to put away
-Handicap accesable
-Set up the night before 8am-9am oops time 9am open 10am start 10pm closed 
and cleaned
-Nursery for Royalty-no children please
-Children's Library and jungle gym area outside for children's use as long 
as it is cleaned up
-Choir Room-not available
-doing signs in Japanese with English subtitles
-Main room-round and rectangular tables and tables available
-kitchen-out door access, allowed use of utensils, dish washer
-good site for Troll at main front door
-Garden avialable, but not courtyard (inaccessible to the public)
-Youth rooms available
-Coat racks available (near nursery)
-Maintenence room available for cleaning supplies such as vacume and mops
-first aid kit in kitchen
-bathrooms available with exception of miniature one in Royalty room-Under 
Repairs
-space available for fighting outdoors, foresty area, lots and lots of 
parking lot, med. sized yard


Short Meeting:
Things I need to do:
-Finish Grant paperwork
-send in insurance information for sending insurance information to site
-fill in a schedule for the online calandar events things
-find someone to coearse *cough* ask nicely to patron our A&S  Competition
-e-mail everyone I contacted before to let then know about the event
-ask about the usual price for children

Other things:
-a map with drawn picture of the enterence might be helpful
-place an ad in the St. Christopher newsletter
-Rafir-Slave labor for the kitchen
-Mary-our wonderful Feast-o-crat

Thoughts on prices and grant stuff and stuff:
-if we charge $5 for members and get around 100 people (like at Dude! 
Where's my Arm?/Beowulf) that would cover site costs plus $100
-$3 non-member fee=$8
-Children fee?
-$100 or there abouts for decorations?
-$____ for food
-$other expenses?
