We've pulled funds for certain groups (like to wave the non-member 
surcharge) I think we've done it for children as well. I think there are 
sca forms online somewhere... I'll look them up later (assuming I remember 
^^;;).

We tend to. So long as no other large events come up and we advertise well 
we shouldn't have a problem. (did we cross check with holidays? ^^;;)

What are we doing for decorations?
